• Athlete/participant identifiers or registration details.

• Lap timings, performance metrics, practice sessions, and attendance records.
• Coach/team/club associations (if configured in the App).

c. Device & Technical Data

• Device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone.
• Log data (IP address, session events), crash reports, and diagnostics.

Note: If the App requests camera or storage access, it is solely to capture lap/attendance data or store reports; images or media are processed as per your actions and settings.

2) How We Use Information

• Record and display lap timings, attendance, and practice sessions.
• Generate reports and insights for athletes, coaches, and admins.
• Create and secure user accounts, authenticate logins, and prevent abuse.
• Improve features, performance, accessibility, and user support.
• Send service notices, updates, and important communications.

• No sale of personal data.
• With your consent: e.g., exporting or sharing reports.
• With service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, or support tools bound by confidentiality obligations.

TrackMate is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
